Answer

Please observe the following instructions on how to update security key for any of the following Connection Methods, from the Transaction Security Keys page within the Enterprise Business Center.

  • SCMP API
  • Simple Order API
  • SOAP Toolkit
Note: For all connection methods referred to in this article, please remember that once a new security is generated, this new key must be deployed to all merchant-side servers that are attempting to connect to CyberSource for transaction processing within the given environment. If you are unsure how this can be done, please work with your technical team for deployment.

Simple Order API

  1. Login to the appropriate environment for the Enterprise Business Center:
  1. From the Account Management tab, click on Transaction Security Keys.
  2. Click on Security Keys for the Simple Order API.

  2. Once the applet screen appears, click on Generate Certificate Request.
  3. Within the Save dialog box, select the secure location on the current server in which you wish to save the key file.
