My real-time bank transfer status is not updating in the {CYBS_BUSINESS_CTR_URL.EN_US}

Problem Description

The status of a real-time bank transfer displayed in Transaction Details from the CyberSource Business Center continues to display "pending" hours after the transaction completed.


Normally, the bank transfer transaction status is updated only after receipt of a file from Ingenico/Global Collect; usually within 3-5 business days of the transaction.


In order to see an immediate update to the bank transfer transaction status, you may run the on-demand transaction status query (below). CyberSource recommends running the query no earlier than ten minutes after the bank transfer completes. The query can be run repeatedly until the status updates. If the query is not run, the status will typically update within 3-5 business days, when an update file is received from Ingenico/Global Collect.
