How to Search for Transactions in the Business Center by Phase

Instructions
You may search for transactions that have specific field values by performing an Advanced Search. One of the fields you can search is Phase.
Definition of Transaction Phases
| Transaction Processing Phase | Description |
|---|---|
| Authorizations Needing Review | Transactions that have been settled in the past 48 hours, but not yet batched. The date/time may not be modified. |
| Authorizations Ready to Settle | Transactions that have been authorized but not yet settled. |
| Settlements Pending Batch | Transactions, with corresponding reason codes, that have been flagged for review as a result of your Smart Authorization settings. |
| Exception Search | Transactions that encountered errors during processing, either at CyberSource or the processor. |
Search for Transactions by Phase
- Sign in to the Business Center.
- Select Transaction Management > Transaction by Phase.
- Select the desired Phase.
- Select a date and Apply.
Note: Transactions searches return a maximum of 2000 transactions. If you need more data, you must create a report.
