CyberSource created two accounts under your merchant ID (Organization ID): a merchant-level account, and an account-level account. This is because CyberSource provides the ability to have multiple merchant IDs per account. Your account-level account allows you to manage your current merchant IDs, as well as add additional ones later.

Example:

  • If your merchant ID is cybs001, you have a merchant-level account named cybs001, and an account-level account named cybs001_acct.
  • You must create users for each of these accounts in order to manage them and perform tasks under your merchant ID. 

 

Create a Merchant-level User:

  1. Refer to the email you received from donotreply@support.cybersource.com to register your new account:

     
  2. Select the first hyperlink in the received email.
  3. When prompted, enter your Organization ID. This is included in the received email (refer to the highlighted green box in the example above). Enter the Organization ID and a preferred email address into the prompted fields and Submit.

     
  4. Provide the required user information and Submit.

     
  5. You may now sign in to the Business Center with this user to administer and create additional users for your merchant-level account. Select Click to Log In

     
  6. This will prompt a secondary secure login screen for validation. Enter your Organization ID (provided in received email) and enter your newly created login credentials (user name and password). Select Sign In.

     
  7. This will log you into the CyberSource Business Center.

     

 

Create an Account-level User:

  1. Refer to the email you received from donotreply@support.cybersource.com to register your new account:

     
  2. Select the second hyperlink in the received email. 
  3. When prompted, enter your registered Organization ID. This is included in the received email (refer to the highlighted green box in the example above) Note: This Organizational ID should end with “_acct. Enter the Organization ID and a preferred email address into the prompted fields and Submit.

     
  4. Provide the required user information and Submit.

     
  5. You may now sign in to the Business Center with this user to administer and create additional users for your merchant-level account. Select Click to Log In.

     
  6. This will prompt a secondary secure login screen for validation. Enter your Organization ID (provided in received email) and enter your newly created login credentials (user name and password). Select Sign In.

     
  7. This will log you into the CyberSource Business Center.
