Instructions


  1. Sign in to Business Center
  2. From the top right, select your username > My Profile
  3. In the Recovery Information section, select EDIT or ADD to the right of the value you want to use for password recovery: Email or Mobile Phone
Note: Password recovery via SMS is available for phone numbers in 74 countries listed in the attached file (Countries Supported_OTP.xlsx)
 
  1. Enter your email address or mobile phone and your user password as prompted, SUBMIT
  2. Enter the passcode provided in the email/text from Cybersource into the verification window, SUBMIT
Once verified, a green checkmark appears to the right of the Email Address and Mobile Phone field.
