Answer

Yes, Cybersource subscription IDs or tokens can be migrated from one Cybersource Merchant ID to another Cyberssource Merchant ID.

You may initiate the process by submitting a Support Case, see related: How to Contact Cybersource Customer Support
The migration process may take between 5 to 15 business days to complete. 
Once the migration is complete, it is not possible to reverse the process.

 

Restrictions

This is only available for Recurring Billing services and/or legacy Payment Tokenization services.
Migration is not available for Token Management Service.
This timeframe of completion is for guidance and does not apply to other token migration and retrieval services that have longer completion timeframes.
