Requirements

You must have previously verified your Email and Phone Contact Information within Business Center. Otherwise, a member of your business team/organization with administrator privileges may reset your login.

 

  1. Sign in to the Business Center environment (Test or Live) for the user that needs a password reset.
  2. Select Forgot Password from the bottom of the page
  3. Enter your Organization ID and User Name
  4. Select Submit
  5. Select the desired recovery method
If you chose the email recovery method, check your email inbox and/or junk mail folder for an email containing a one-time pass code. The email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. 
  1. Enter the 8-digit code you received
  2. Select Confirm Code
  3. Enter a new password following the Password guidelines
  4. Select Change Password
