How to issue a refund after 60 or 180 days

Instructions
After 60 or 180 days from the original authorization depends on your gateway processor, you cannot issue a refund via a follow-on credit; the Credit option in Business Center no longer appears. You may, however, issue a refund by one of the following methods.
Request a stand-alone credit
Submit a Stand-alone Credit via Virtual Terminal

Submit a Stand-alone Credit via an API Call
- Refer to Crediting a Payment within Credit Card Services Using the Simple Order API.
Issue a refund via an alternate payment method
- physical checks
- cash
- store credit, etc.
