Instructions

1. Sign in to the Business Center as a user with the Administrator role or the User Controller role.
2. From the left navigation pane, select Account Management > Users.
3. From the User Name column, select the user that you want to delete.

 

4. From the user's Profile, select Delete

I am unable to delete a user with the Administrator role.
